To build great products we need to get inside the heads of
our users and understand what motivates them. I use those learnings to create wireframes and prototypes to
share, test what works and find out what needs further
I draw on a range of information sources in my work. These
include surveys, analytics, helpdesk calls, user interviews and testing. We
can use the information to iterate on and improve the design. There will
be an audit trail of how we arrive at a solution.
